Safety first. Escape plans are displayed in your room and in the corridors.

  • In a fire or medical emergency, call 112 immediately. Police: 110. Non-emergency medical service: 116117.
  • In case of fire, remain calm, close doors and windows, inform hotel staff and follow marked emergency exits. Never use the lift.
  • If smoke blocks your escape route, remain in your room, close the door and make yourself visible at the window. First-aid supplies are available at reception.
  • Smoking indoors and the use of cooking or heating devices not provided in the room are prohibited. Never put flammable items in waste bins.
  • Please conserve water and energy. Towels placed on the floor will be changed; towels on the rail will be reused.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 11:00 and return the key card to reception. A later departure is possible by arrangement and, if applicable, for an additional charge. You may leave luggage at the front desk. According to the guide, the bill may be settled on the evening before departure or on the day of departure in cash, with an EC card, or with common credit cards; please confirm the currently accepted payment methods on site. Fire alarm

Observe the escape and rescue plans in the room and on the corridors. In case of fire, call 112, inform reception, use the marked emergency exits and never use the lift. According to the guidelines, smoke detectors are installed on all corridors. A piercing beep signals a fire alarm. Follow the instructions of the trained fire wardens; never use the lift in the event of a fire.

Photocopies are available on request at reception; charges may apply.

Breakfast

According to the service guide, breakfast is served Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 10:00 and on Sundays from 07:30 to 11:00. Buffet items must not be taken away; a packed lunch for a fee can be ordered in advance. Please check with the hotel for any daily changes.

Lost property
